Hello,
My name is Larry Schmitendorf and I would like to start by welcoming
you to the Infinity Designs & Consulting site. I never really thought about starting a business of my own until
recently. I started off working and training to be a carpenter in the late 1980's. One hot summer day I realized
that there had to be a cooler way to make a living, so I decided to go into drafting.
Having worked in construction and already having a love for computers,
creating drawings by computer came naturally. From that point on I have been hooked on computers and cutting-edge technology
every since. For over 14 years I have specialized in creating drawings with AutoCAD, computer software and hardware
support or anything else computer related that I could get my hands on.
In the spring of 2001 I decided to expand my computer skills by
taking Web Application Development classes. By the time I finished my classes that fall, the IT market and the economy
had crashed and a "rookie" programmer didn't stand much of a chance in the job market.
So I have been picking up Web projects from friends and family to
design on my own and finally decided to start my own company, Infinity Designs & Consulting. Now with the founding of Infinity Designs & Consulting I have a better way to market all of the things that I love
to do.
